Dr. Bende had good motives but weren't well executed. She keep communicating over me and didn't take the time to listen to my concerns and needs as the patient. This visit remaining much to be desired all together. And yes look out for those extra fees. Hopefully on my next appointments things will improve. (This is one of the places tha do CRT lenses that i wear, hopefully they don't rip me off for these too).
The service I received at AVC was amazing. I had been put at ease very quickly by the staff + Mr Goran Helgason and extremely happy with the ultimate result. Some aesthetic conditions can't be treated adequately with just spectacles, contacts and/or patching, and are best resolved through an application of Vision Therapy. They were ultra pushy (the personnel) for me personally to find a pair of frames to buy. I found one couple I kinda liked but the last pair I purchased my husband hated..so I desired him to approve before buying since he talks about me more that I take a look at myself. I just wanted an judgment from someone I understand!
